Xtra Woke

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of products from Xtra Woke ("we," "us," or "our") through our website at xtrawoke.com (the "Site"). By placing an order through the Site, you ("customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Our Products

Xtra Woke sells print-on-demand apparel, including t-shirts and related items. Products are manufactured and shipped on a per-order basis by a regional print and fulfillment partner local to the customer — for example, orders shipping within the United States are printed and fulfilled in the United States, and orders shipping within New Zealand are printed and fulfilled in New Zealand. Each item is custom-printed specifically for your order after purchase.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated on the Site. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

4. Sizing and Fit

Because our products are custom print-on-demand items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page before ordering. It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct size.

5. No Returns Policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except as set out in Section 6 (Quality Issues) below.

6. Quality Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered (a "Quality Issue"), please contact us at [email protected] within 7–14 days of delivery. Claims submitted outside this window, or relating to sizing, buyer's remorse, or minor variations inherent to the print-on-demand process, will not be eligible for a remedy. Where a Quality Issue is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

7. Shipping

Orders are printed and shipped from a fulfillment location local to the destination country where available, which helps reduce shipping times and avoid unnecessary customs charges. Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location. Where an order is fulfilled from outside your country, it may be subject to customs processing and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on the Site are the property of Xtra Woke or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of it.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xtra Woke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
